Core 360° readout unit
The Core 360° readout units have been setting standards in terms of performance and reliability for many years. By using 6 cameras, it enables a 360° viewing angle to be able to analyse beverage packaging from any angle during collection. The system thus supports the efficient and environmentally friendly return of recyclable materials to the cycle. The readout units are used for the Danish one-way deposit system DRS (Danks Retour System) and for the DPG (Deutsche Pfand Gesellschaft), among others. The Core 360° read-out unit is one of the core technologies for reverse vending machines of all kinds.
GasTauschAutomat (GTA)
The GTA, set up in car parks or public places, allows customers to exchange, buy or return gas cylinders around the clock, offering a fully automated solution for the issue and return of all standard 5kg, 8kg and 11kg propane gas cylinders made of steel and aluminium. The GTA has an outdoor storage area in accordance with TRGS 510.
Wall & ceiling systems for cleanrooms
There are three main requirements for cleanrooms: Modularity, flexibility and cleanroom suitability. This is guaranteed by a standardised system with many modules. All wall & ceiling systems fulfil the EN ISO 14644-4 cleanroom standards and are certified by the Fraunhofer Institute. They are flexible in height and width, are installed flush with the surface and have antistatic, non-reflective surfaces.
Sandwich wall & ceiling systems are available for all cleanroom classes and consist of sandwich elements made of sheet steel with mineral wool filling or polyurethane. They have a modular design with sealed transitions to fulfil all requirements.
Shaker - Stationary colour mixing device
The shaker is a stationary mixing device for closed, tight-fitting, round, square and oval mixing containers made of metal or plastic. It can be used to mix paints, colour concentrates, architectural and industrial paints as well as plasters and other low-viscosity materials. The range of applications extends from paint wholesalers and retailers, the paint, varnish and chemical industry to related sectors. This mixing device is particularly suitable as a system component for paint dosing systems. The mixing vessel is automatically clamped in the machine and mixed with the aid of an alternating orbital vibrating movement using linear inertial forces.
Air purifier Pro & Comfort
The two air purifier models are not only technically convenient, thanks to their whisper-quiet and highly efficient design, and beneficial to health by demonstrably reducing the aerosol concentration in rooms, but also allow you to choose between the unobtrusive standard design or customised decals on the enclosure.
Collecting Box Container
The proven success models for used clothing collection. Technically perfect, DEKRA tested and, if required, CE labelled for the European market. The monopitch roof of the Collecting Box Container is designed to divert the flow of water and snow to the rear to ensure effective drainage. All components are made from robust 0.80mm, 1.00mm or 1.25mm sheet metal to ensure high stability and durability. In addition, all attachments such as the locking system, foot bars, hinges and handle are galvanised. Each model can be personalised with the company initials and consecutive numbering to ensure clear identification. The extra wide handle on the Classic and City models makes them easier to handle. The water-repellent door frame is equipped with additional drainage holes to prevent water ingress. In addition, the product is powder-coated and, at the customer's request, covered with a digital print film to give it an attractive appearance.
CS Gitterbox XL
This special pallet cage is an innovative solution for the efficient transport and storage of grouped goods. The space-saving design is particularly noteworthy: up to six folded mesh boxes can be stacked and transported efficiently. The sides of the product are made of 5mm thick mesh and are additionally reinforced with a cross reinforcement made of square tubing. This ensures high stability and load-bearing capacity. The fork shoes have a standard centre-to-centre distance of 72 cm and therefore offer a universal fit for different types of forklift trucks. The floor can be selected as either a solid floor or a grid floor, depending on requirements. The product is equipped with a quick assembly folding system for reusable use. In addition, the product is secured by a 10-bolt fixation to ensure optimum stability during transport.
