Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art technology, the installation of photovoltaic panels on our halls and the use of 100% green energy from renewable sources, production at our site is climate-neutral. Together with Redshaw Advisors Ltd., we also offset all remaining CO₂ emissions.

Individual solutions from a single source – functional, tailor-made and economical

Our company has many years of experience in metalworking and enclosure construction. With our modern production site and highly specialised team, we are able to provide you with individual solutions for every requirement.

  • Planning: Agile development is an important part of our approach. It enables us to react quickly to changes during production and ensures that the device and enclosure or steel solution grow together. This results in customised, economical and clever solutions that are transparent and based on real costs right from the start.
  • Construction: Our constructions are designed to meet specific requirements such as tightness, oil resistance, heat resistance or employee protection. Technically sophisticated solutions for the enclosure architecture are often more economical than if all these properties had to be fulfilled by the machine itself. With drainage, air baffles, bonding or other design solutions, we turn our steel solutions and enclosures into more than just a beautiful shell.
  • Production: Our production facility in Poland is equipped with high-performance machinery to ensure quality in manufacturing. We use high-precision equipment for cutting, bending, welding and surface finishing. We do not compromise on quality and precision, and our employees throughout the entire production process are experts in their field.
  • Logistics: Right from the start of development, we calculate the space required for transport and installation in order to minimise the number of individual parts to be shipped. We pre-assemble components, which saves time during final assembly and makes transport more efficient and economical. Our employees take care of packaging and shipping personally, and we use end customer packaging to reduce effort and increase convenience for our customers.

Our metal enclosures are customised exactly to your requirements. Precision, functionality and cost-effectiveness are the key features of our solutions. We combine intelligent design with high-quality workmanship and rely on state-of-the-art technologies and sustainable production

  • Laser cutting: Perfect cuts thanks to two KIMLA Laser Powercut Linear laser cutters with a maximum cutting size of 1500 x 3000 mm. For carbon steel up to 12 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm and aluminium up to 5 mm.
  • Welding: Welding using MIG/MAG and TIG processes and, in addition, two Fanuci 3.0 PRO GenX hand-held laser welding devices.
  • CNC stud welding: Bolte Series V with a precision of +/- 0.2 mm and a working area of 1500 x 3000 mm, suitable for all stud welding processes.
  • Other metalworking: Drilling, chamfering, thread cutting, fitting holes, straightening, sawing, grinding, cutting, countersinking, punching, rolling and much more.
  • Bending: Highest quality thanks to three Amada bending machines and a RAS Turbo 2 Plus with a maximum length of folded elements of up to 3200 mm and automatic tool changer ATC.
  • Powder coating: Fully automated Ecoline powder coating system including 300 m² air-conditioned high-bay warehouse. The colour range covers the entire RAL palette for individual sheets with maximum dimensions of 4500 x 1400 x 2200 mm. In addition, two manual powder coating booths with associated furnaces for larger elements or special workpieces.
  • CNC plotting: Seron Machining Centre AdMaker with a precision of +/- 0.2 mm, a working area of 1500 x 3000 mm and a material thickness of up to 100 mm for sound insulation, cardboard prototypes, silicone trays and more.
  • Other surface treatment : Pickling, brushing, electropolishing, anodising, laser engraving, polishing, satin finishing, grinding, blasting and much more.
